Construction & Real Estate
Support and coordination for construction, building services and property – from the task to its delivery.

What this is about
Work on a building or a construction site that takes place alongside other trades – often while the property stays in use.
Changing trades on the same area, buildings often still in use.
What the work involves
- Coordinating and supporting refurbishment and cleaning work across property portfolios.
- Preparing strip-out work and damage remediation within the agreed scope.
- Organising materials, areas and processes on the construction site.
Typical situations
One trade drops out or falls behind, and the follow-on work comes to a halt.
Work comes up at a property for which no in-house technician is kept on staff.
An area has to be cleared, secured or prepared between two construction phases.

Requirements and limits
Access, safety measures and dust and noise control are agreed with the site management and the operator.
Work involving hazardous substances, electrical or gas systems, or a risk of falling may only be agreed with the required qualifications, protective measures and approvals.
Frequently asked questions
Can you work in buildings that are in use?
For work in occupied buildings, time slots, dust and noise control and safe routes have to be agreed. Feasibility is assessed on the basis of the specific task.
Do you coordinate the other trades as well?
Coordinating with the site management and other trades is part of planning the assignment. Any coordination responsibility beyond that has to be agreed explicitly.
