Not just placing people. Solving it together.
For us, good cooperation does not begin with an order but with listening. We want to understand where it hurts, what is really needed and what goal is to be reached.
This sequence is a proposal and has not yet been confirmed as the way Apex works. As soon as it is, this will read „This is how we work“.

Six steps
-
01
You tell us where it hurts
Whether it is a staffing shortfall, a quality problem, a technical need or a project task – you describe your situation briefly. We listen and work out what is really needed.
-
02
We get a clear picture
Together we clarify requirements, place of work, period and goal. Directly, in person and without detours.
-
03
We develop the right solution
No off-the-shelf answer. We work out which skills and resources are needed and assemble a solution that fits your task.
-
04
We bring the right people together
Through our network we coordinate suitable partners, skilled workers and specialists. One point of contact – every thread comes together with us.
-
05
We get the solution running
Tasks, responsibilities and conditions are agreed clearly. After that, delivery begins – structured, flexible and process-safe.
-
06
We stay at your side
Our work does not end when the assignment starts. We stay with it, remain reachable and respond when requirements change – until the task is reliably solved.
What you can tell us
These six details decide what is feasible and in what scope. They do not have to be complete – the more of them you can give us, the more dependable our answer.
- Task
- What comes up, in what quantity, and how the result is measured.
- Location
- Where the work takes place and how access is arranged.
- Period
- Date or time slot, shift pattern, running operation or shutdown.
- Scope you need
- One-off, recurring or over a longer period.
- Technical requirements
- Which qualifications, briefings and documents your company requires.
- Contact
- Who the point of contact is on site and how feedback should reach you.
What you provide on site
Access to the place of work, a contact on site, a briefing according to your rules, and a time slot in which the work can happen. If any of these is unclear, we settle it before the first day rather than on it.
Availability, contract model and price
These three points are set in the quotation, not on this page. The reason is simple: they depend on the task, the period and the qualifications, and cannot be put in figures beforehand in good faith.
That is why you will find no price here, no „from“ figure and no promise of availability. What stands in the quotation is a commitment – what would stand here would only be a guess.
What is coming up at your site?
Tell us the task, the place and the time slot. That is where the planning for your assignment begins.
